CHILD SAFETY AND MINOR PROTECTION POLICY Effective Date: May 15, 2026-----ARTICLE I. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS, CORPORATE IDENTITY, AND GOVERNING AUTHORITY Section 1.01. Corporate and Policy Identification This Child Safety and Minor Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") constitutes a formal, non-negotiable legal instrument governing all operations, content, and User conduct pertaining to the proprietary digital application and Service known as Lunasessions (hereinafter the "Service"). The Service is exclusively owned, operated, and maintained by Sevencircle Innovations LLP (hereinafter the "Company," "We," or "Our"), a limited liability partnership duly incorporated and subsisting under the laws of the Republic of India. Section 1.02. Corporate Address of Record and Legal Domicile The principal place of business and corporate address of Sevencircle Innovations LLP is legally registered and domiciled at: LIGHTBRIDGE, HIRANANDANI BUSINESS, Mumbai, Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, Mumbai - 400072, Maharashtra, India. Section 1.03. Governing Legal and Regulatory Framework This Policy is meticulously drafted and shall be interpreted and enforced in strict adherence to the prevailing legislative and regulatory framework of the Republic of India, specifically including, but not limited to: the Information Technology Act, 2000; the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (the "Intermediary Guidelines"); and the Digital Data Protection Act, 2023. This Policy is further established to comply with global child safety standards, including the mandatory requirements for social and dating applications on major application distribution platforms, concerning the prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).-----ARTICLE II. MANDATORY AGE RESTRICTION AND ELIGIBILITY PROTOCOL Section 2.01. Exclusive Age-Gated Restriction The Lunasessions Service is designed, marketed, and intended exclusively for use by individuals who have attained the legal age of majority. Access to and utilization of the Service is strictly and unequivocally limited to individuals who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or older. The Service is not intended for, nor does it knowingly permit access by, any minor (defined as an individual under the age of 18). Section 2.02. Age Verification and Enforcement Mechanisms The Company employs, and reserves the absolute right to continually develop and implement, robust security and processing measures, including technological and procedural checks, to diligently verify the age of prospective Users and restrict access by minors. Any attempt by a minor to circumvent these measures shall be deemed a material breach of this Policy and the Terms of Service. Section 2.03. Minor Protection and Account Termination The use of the Lunasessions Service by any individual identified or verified as a minor is unequivocally prohibited. Upon detection or credible report, any account definitively belonging to an underage User shall be immediately and permanently terminated without exception or prior notice. If a parent or legal guardian discovers a child under the age of 18 has created an account without permission, they are formally directed to contact the designated Grievance Officer for the removal of the minor’s Personal Information.-----ARTICLE III. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR CHILD ENDANGERMENT Section 3.01. Absolute Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM Sevencircle Innovations LLP maintains an absolute, zero-tolerance policy against all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any content, conduct, or interaction related to CSAE or CSAM is strictly prohibited and shall result in the most severe enforcement actions and mandatory reporting to law enforcement. Section 3.02. Definition of Prohibited Content and Conduct Prohibited content and conduct related to child endangerment includes, but is not limited to, the following definitions established under relevant child safety standards: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction, including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. Child Grooming: The act of befriending or building a relationship with a child online for the purpose of facilitating, either online or offline, sexual contact or exchanging sexual imagery with that child. Sexualization of a Minor: Imagery or content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse of children or portrays children in a manner that could foreseeably result in the sexual exploitation of children. Harmful Acts: Content that depicts or encourages minors to engage in harmful or dangerous activities, including excessive violence, self-harm, or the use of illegal substances. Section 3.03. Content Removal and Data Retention Upon obtaining actual knowledge of content involving CSAM on the Lunasessions Service, the Company shall take immediate and appropriate action, including, but not limited to, the irreversible removal of such CSAM content in accordance with its published standards and applicable laws. The Company reserves the right to retain necessary data for legally mandated periods to comply with investigations and reporting requirements.-----ARTICLE IV. REPORTING, LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND SEVERE SANCTIONS Section 4.01. Mandatory Reporting to Authorities The Company is legally compelled to cooperate fully with all relevant national and international law enforcement agencies. Upon detection or confirmation of CSAM or activities related to CSAE, the Company shall make immediate, mandatory reports to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority. Section 4.02. Designated Child Safety Point of Contact To ensure continuous compliance and effective communication regarding CSAE content, the Company designates the Grievance Officer as the dedicated point of contact to receive potential notifications from application distribution platforms and authorities. Immediate and Severe Sanctions for Violations Any User or Content Creator found to be in violation of this Policy shall be subject to the most severe and definitive enforcement actions, consistent with Article V, Section 5.02 of the Content Moderation Policy, including: Immediate and Permanent Account Suspension: The offending User’s account shall be permanently and irrevocably terminated without any prior warning or right to appeal. Financial Forfeiture: The User shall immediately and permanently forfeit all remaining balances, credits, and any payments made for non-rendered services. Mandatory Legal Referral: The Company shall initiate formal legal action and refer the case to law enforcement for criminal prosecution. -----ARTICLE V. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND SAFEGUARDING MEASURES Section 5.01. User Obligation and Due Diligence The User is under a continuous, non-delegable obligation to maintain strict compliance with all provisions of this Policy and the integrated Community Guidelines, particularly those prohibiting content involving minors and sexual exploitation. Users are required to exercise maximum due diligence in all interactions to protect themselves and the platform from illegal content. Section 5.02. Violation Reporting Mechanism Users who observe, detect, or suspect any content, conduct, or communication related to child endangerment, CSAE, or CSAM must immediately report the activity via the designated in-app reporting mechanism or by electronic mail to the designated Child Safety Point of Contact/Grievance Officer. Prompt reporting is essential for the effective safeguarding of children. Section 5.03. Policy Integration and Precedence This Policy is an integral component of the comprehensive legal framework governing the Lunasessions Service, including the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and other governance documents concerning the protection of minors, the stipulations of this Child Safety and Minor Protection Policy shall prevail.
