COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND USER CONDUCT POLICY

Effective Date: May 15, 2026-----ARTICLE I. JURISDICTION, CORPORATE IDENTITY, AND BINDING AUTHORITY

Section 1.01. Legal Framework and Electronic Agreement
These Community Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines" or "Policy") constitute an essential, inseparable, and binding electronic document, fully governed by and enforceable under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and all subsequent amendments thereto. No prerequisite for validity, enforceability, or acceptance requires a physical or digital signature.

Section 1.02. Corporate and Application Ownership
This mobile application (the "App") and the Lunasessions Service (the "Service") are exclusively owned, operated, and maintained by Sevencircle Innovations LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Company," "Us," or "We"), a limited liability partnership duly incorporated and existing under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, within the Republic of India.

Capitalized terms utilized within these Guidelines, unless expressly defined herein, shall be construed in accordance with the meanings assigned under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (the "Intermediary Guidelines") and the Digital Data Protection Act, 2023.

Section 2.01. Obligation of Respectful Conduct
The Lunasessions Service is designed and implemented to foster a safe, respectful, and constructive environment for all Users. Mandatory adherence to the entirety of these Community Guidelines is a perpetual condition for access and use of the Service.

Section 2.02. Content Prohibitions and Behavioral Restrictions
The generation, transmission, or dissemination of the following content or engagement in the following behaviors is strictly and unequivocally prohibited:

A. Hate Speech and Discrimination: Users are legally obligated to treat all individuals with fundamental dignity and respect. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the creation or sharing of hateful, discriminatory, or personally attacking content, as well as rude, derogatory, or harmful statements targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.

B. Religious Sensitivity and Defamation: Users must maintain strict respect for diverse religious beliefs and practices. The publication of any content that insults, defames, or disparages religious practices, symbols, figures, or sentiments is prohibited.

C. Promotion of Violence and Extremism: Content that glorifies, promotes, or explicitly encourages acts of violence, terrorism, or organized extremism is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate and permanent account termination.

D. Mental Health and Self-Harm: The promotion, glorification, or encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or related acts is prohibited. For Users experiencing mental distress, the Company strongly advises immediate contact with local emergency services or professional mental health helplines.

E. Graphic and Sexual Content: The sharing of explicit, pornographic, or obscene content is strictly forbidden. Content involving minors or materials shared without the explicit, verifiable consent of all depicted parties, particularly sexual content, shall result in immediate reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies and account termination.

F. Cyberbullying and Harassment: All forms of harassment, cyberbullying, personal attacks, the use of abusive language, or the propagation of malicious comments are prohibited.

G. Privacy Violations: The sharing or publishing of private, non-public, or sensitive information concerning any other individual without their explicit, verifiable, and informed consent is a breach of this Policy.

H. Illegal Activities: The Lunasessions platform may not be utilized for the facilitation or promotion of any unlawful activities, which include, but are not limited to, the promotion of gambling, drug trafficking, or human exploitation.

I. Identity and Impersonation: Impersonating other Users, individuals, brands, or corporate entities in a manner that is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent is expressly prohibited.

J. Misinformation and Fake News: Users bear the responsibility to verify the authenticity and accuracy of information prior to posting. The propagation of false, manipulated, or demonstrably misleading content is prohibited.

K. Spam and Scamming: The transmission of unsolicited messages, the promotion of scamming or phishing activities, or any similar fraudulent schemes is prohibited.

L. Intellectual Property Infringement: Users must only post original content or content for which they possess valid ownership rights or explicit, written authorization and license to use. The sharing of copyrighted materials without the requisite legal permission constitutes a material breach.

M. Child Safety: The Company maintains an unequivocal commitment to protecting minors from exploitation. Content involving child abuse or inappropriate interactions with minors is strictly prohibited and shall be handled in accordance with severe legal and regulatory mandates.

N. Malicious Software: The sharing or distribution of software, files, or digital links containing viruses, malware, or any form of harmful or malicious code is prohibited.-----ARTICLE III. USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION

Section 3.01. Mandatory Eligibility Requirements
Access to the Lunasessions Service is strictly conditional upon the User meeting the following statutory and contractual requirements:
Minimum Age: The User must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age or possess the legal age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction.
Good Standing: The User must not have been previously banned, suspended, or permanently terminated from the Service for violations of these Guidelines or the overarching Terms of Service.
Section 3.02. User Responsibilities for Account Security
The User is vested with the exclusive responsibility for the following account integrity measures:
Credential Protection: Rigorous safeguarding and maintenance of the absolute confidentiality of all account credentials and passwords.
Immediate Reporting: Prompt reporting of any suspected or confirmed unauthorized access or usage of the User's account to the designated Grievance Officer.
Account Integrity: Maintenance of accurate, current, and verifiable information associated with the User's account profile.
-----ARTICLE IV. CONTENT OWNERSHIP, LICENSE, AND MODERATION

Section 4.01. Content Ownership and Platform License
Users retain full and complete ownership rights to all original content they create, upload, or transmit via the Lunasessions platform. However, by posting content, the User hereby grants Sevencircle Innovations LLP a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to:
Utilize the content for the necessary delivery and operational enhancement of the Service.
Reproduce and copy the content as technically necessary for platform functioning.
Distribute and display the content within the intended functionality and scope of the platform.
Section 4.02. Content Moderation and Enforcement
The Company explicitly reserves the full right to remove, restrict access to, or modify any content that is found, in the Company's sole discretion, to violate these Guidelines. All removal decisions are final and at the Company's discretion, and no guarantee of a formal appeal process is provided, consistent with its rights under Section 6.03 of the Terms of Service.-----ARTICLE V. FINANCIAL INTEGRITY AND TRANSACTIONAL COMPLIANCE

Section 5.01. Secure Transaction Processing
All financial transactions related to the Lunasessions Service must be securely processed exclusively within the designated payment architecture of the App.

Section 5.02. Prohibition on External Transactions
Direct financial transactions or exchanges of value between Users conducted outside the secure payment infrastructure of the App are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this provision shall be construed as a severe material breach, potentially leading to the immediate and permanent termination of the User's account.-----ARTICLE VI. POLICY AMENDMENT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Section 6.01. Policy Modification and Acceptance
Sevencircle Innovations LLP retains the absolute right to unilaterally update, modify, or revise these Guidelines at any time. Users shall be informed of significant changes. Continued access or utilization of the Lunasessions Service subsequent to the posting of any revised terms shall constitute the User’s binding, unequivocal acceptance of the updated Policy.

Section 6.02. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Guidelines are governed by, and shall be interpreted and enforced exclusively in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any and all disputes, claims, or legal controversies arising from or related to this Policy or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Section 6.03. Violation Reporting Protocol
Users who observe or detect a violation of these Guidelines are required to report the conduct immediately via the official reporting form available on the Lunasessions App or by direct electronic mail to the designated Grievance Officer at grievance.officer@lunasessions.com.-----ARTICLE VII. BEST PRACTICES AND USER DUE DILIGENCE

Section 7.01. Mandate for Positive Community Engagement
Users are strongly encouraged to adhere to the following best practices to promote a positive and productive community environment:
Respectful Communication: Maintain courteous, professional, and respectful interactions with all other Users.
Constructive Feedback: When providing feedback, ensure it is constructive, helpful, and free from malicious or abusive content.
Responsible Reporting: Utilize the reporting mechanisms appropriately and in good faith, reserving them for genuine guideline violations.
Verification Before Sharing: Diligently verify the accuracy and source of information before posting or sharing it on the platform.
Section 7.02. Account Management Diligence
Users should undertake continuous diligence in account management, including: changing passwords periodically, regularly reviewing and adjusting privacy preferences, and staying informed regarding all updates to the platform’s governing terms and guidelines.

The Company reiterates that compliance with these Guidelines is not discretionary but is mandatory for maintaining platform access and preserving community trust within the Lunasessions ecosystem.
