CONTENT MODERATION AND INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION POLICY Effective Date: May 15, 2026-----ARTICLE I. APPLICABILITY, CORPORATE IDENTITY, AND DEFINITIONS Section 1.01. Corporate and Policy Identification This Content Moderation and Interactive Communication Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") constitutes a binding legal instrument governing the utilization of all interactive features provided within the proprietary digital application and associated services known as Lunasessions (hereinafter the "Service" or "Lunasessions"). The Service is exclusively owned and operated by Sevencircle Innovations LLP (hereinafter the "Company," "We," or "Our"), a limited liability partnership duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of India, with its registered office situated at LIGHTBRIDGE, HIRANANDANI BUSINESS, Mumbai, Sakinaka Police Station, Mumbai, Mumbai - 400072, Maharashtra, India. Section 1.02. Scope and Application This Policy applies universally and without exception to all forms of digital communication facilitated by the Service, including but not limited to, real-time Chatting, Audio Calls, and Video Calls (collectively, the "Features"). This governance extends to all interactions regardless of whether the communication is categorized as a paid or unpaid transaction. Continued use of the Features constitutes the User's unequivocal acceptance of, and mandatory compliance with, the entirety of this Policy. Section 1.03. Consequences of Breach Any proven violation or material breach of the stipulations contained within this Policy shall result in immediate, severe, and definitive enforcement actions, which may include, but are not limited to: the permanent removal of access to the Lunasessions Service; the irreversible forfeiture of all outstanding payments, credits, or balances held by the User; and the initiation of legal proceedings against the offending party.-----ARTICLE II. MONITORING FRAMEWORK AND USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT Section 2.01. Principle of Limited Active Moderation and Privacy While the Company recognizes the inherently private nature of direct, one-on-one digital social interactions facilitated through the Features, active, manual, and continuous monitoring of these communications is generally not undertaken. This limitation on active moderation is intended to respect the User's reasonable expectation of privacy in direct dialogue. Section 2.02. Mandatory User Acknowledgment of Risk The User, by engaging the Features, formally and unequivocally acknowledges understanding that: Discussions conducted via the Features are largely unmoderated by human intervention. Engagement with unknown or previously unverified individuals carries inherent and substantial personal, financial, and safety risks. The User accepts full and complete personal responsibility and liability for exercising caution, judgment, and prudence in all interactive communications to ensure their own safety and the legality of their interactions. Section 2.03. Automated Safety Detection and Enforcement Notwithstanding Section 2.01, Sevencircle Innovations LLP reserves the absolute right to deploy and utilize, on a periodic or continuous basis, sophisticated automated monitoring tools, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) based safety detection systems, and advanced pattern recognition algorithms. These systems are specifically designed for the real-time identification and mitigation of content or behavior that constitutes a material violation of this Policy, the Terms of Service, or the Community Guidelines. Any interaction or content identified by these automated systems as violating established policies shall be subject to immediate, automatic termination without prior warning, compensation, or refund of any nature.-----ARTICLE III. USER VERIFICATION, BACKGROUND CHECKS, AND LIABILITY Section 3.01. Absence of Background Verification The Company hereby formally notifies the User that it does not conduct, nor is it responsible for conducting, any form of background investigation, verification, or screening of any User, Content Creator, or content producer utilizing the Lunasessions Service. Section 3.02. Mandatory Compliance and Due Diligence Users are under a mandatory obligation to read, comprehend, and strictly comply with the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and all provisions of this Policy. The User is required to exercise extreme caution and undertake appropriate due diligence prior to, during, and subsequent to engaging with other Users and Content Creators. Section 3.03. Framework for Limited Company Liability The Company explicitly disclaims any and all liability for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any User or Content Creator utilizing the Features. It is categorically stated that the actions, representations, or omissions of any User or Content Creator do not, under any circumstances, represent or bind the Company, its directors, employees, officers, or investors. Section 3.04. Termination Rights of the Company The Company reserves the comprehensive right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or permanently terminate access to the Lunasessions Service for any individual or entity found to be in violation of: this Moderation Policy, the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, the Privacy Policy, or any prevailing statutory or regulatory law.-----ARTICLE IV. USER WARRANTIES AND BEHAVIORAL STANDARDS Section 4.01. User Warranties to the Company By utilizing the Features, the User and Content Creator hereby represent and warrant, continuously and without reservation, that they possess the requisite legal authorization and capacity to access and use the Features and that they commit to upholding the legal and contractual rights of all other parties. Section 4.02. Prohibition on Rights Violations The User hereby covenants and agrees that they shall not violate the privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or any other legal, statutory, or common law rights of any person or entity while utilizing the Service. Section 4.03. Mandatory Standards for Civil Interaction All communications utilizing the Features must adhere to the highest mandatory standards of civility, professional courtesy, and respect for acceptable boundaries of digital communication. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: The use of abusive, offensive, or derogatory language. Engagement in or promotion of illegal, unlawful, or criminal activities. Communications that violate personal or corporate privacy rights. The use of discriminatory or threatening terminology. -----ARTICLE V. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR SEXUAL AND VULGAR CONTENT Section 5.01. Absolute Prohibition on Nudity, Pornography, and Vulgar Content Sevencircle Innovations LLP maintains an absolute and zero-tolerance policy against all forms of sexually explicit content, pornography, obscene material, vulgar activity, or nudity. This prohibition extends, without limitation, to: visual depictions, audio descriptions, textual content, sexually suggestive poses, and the sexualization of any individual. Section 5.02. Immediate and Severe Sanctions Upon the detection or confirmation of any violation of Section 5.01, whether through automated systems or human review, the Company shall immediately and unappealably implement the following severe sanctions against the offending User (or Content Creator): Immediate and Permanent Account Suspension: The User’s Lunasessions account shall be permanently suspended and terminated immediately upon detection, without any prior warning or opportunity for cure. Forfeiture and Financial Penalty: The User shall immediately and permanently forfeit all remaining balances, credits, and any payments made for non-rendered services. Furthermore, the Company reserves the explicit right to pursue and levy a specific financial penalty against the offending User to recover all documented losses, legal costs, and damages incurred by Sevencircle Innovations LLP as a direct or indirect result of the material violation. Mandatory Legal Action and Law Enforcement Referral: The Company shall be legally compelled to cooperate fully with all relevant law enforcement agencies and, where appropriate, initiate formal legal action against the violating User. This commitment is particularly mandated when the content or activity relates to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or other felonies, in which case the Company shall make immediate mandatory reports to the appropriate authorities. Section 5.03. Automated Enforcement and Denial of Appeal The Company shall utilize AI-based detection systems for the real-time monitoring of all interactive communications for prohibited content, including explicit nudity and vulgar activity. Due to the egregious nature of these violations, any immediate account termination resulting from a clear detection of sexually explicit or nude content shall be final and subject to no formal internal appeal process.-----ARTICLE VI. CONTENT SHARING, PRIVACY PROTECTION, AND REPORTING Section 6.01. Strict Prohibition on Recording and Sharing Interactions To safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of all participants, the following actions are absolutely forbidden during or subsequent to the utilization of the Features: Unauthorized transcription or recording of any Feature interactions (audio or video). The capture of screenshots or photographic images during a conversation. The sharing, reproduction, or dissemination of any content or private information exchanged during the communication. Section 6.02. Confidentiality Requirement All Feature interactions must be maintained as strictly confidential between the participating parties, and any breach of this confidentiality shall be treated as a material violation of this Policy. Section 6.03. Violation Reporting Channels Users are required to report any observed or suspected violations of this Policy, the Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, or the Privacy Policy immediately via the following official channels: Electronic Mail: grievance.officer@lunasessions.com Reporting Form: Utilization of the designated reporting form available on the Lunasessions Service Platform. -----ARTICLE VII. USER DUE DILIGENCE AND SAFE INTERACTION PROTOCOL Section 7.01. Mandatory Personal Safety Guidelines The User is strongly advised to adhere to the following mandatory personal safety guidelines during platform engagement: Identity Verification Caution: Exercise extreme caution and reserve judgment when interacting with unknown Users. Protection of Private Information: Never disclose personal identifying, financial, or sensitive information to other Users. Immediate Reporting: Promptly report any inappropriate, abusive, or uncomfortable behavior. Trust Instincts: Immediately disconnect and cease communication if the interaction induces discomfort or violates personal boundaries. Boundary Maintenance: Strictly maintain appropriate and respectful communication limits at all times. Section 7.02. Platform Etiquette All Users are expected to maintain professional courtesy, ensure mutual and clear consent for all types of interactions, honor the privacy boundaries of others, and ensure that all content shared is appropriate and lawful under the relevant community standards.
