PRICING STRUCTURE AND PAYMENT TERMS POLICY Effective Date: May 15, 2026-----ARTICLE I. PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS AND APPLICABILITY Section 1.01. Corporate and Policy Identification This Pricing Structure and Payment Terms Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs all financial stipulations, fees, charges, and transactional protocols related to the provisioning of services, features, and digital content offered through the proprietary digital application and service known as Lunasessions (hereinafter the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Sevencircle Innovations LLP (hereinafter the "Company," "We," or "Our"). Section 1.02. Integration and Governing Documents This Policy shall be read in conjunction with, and constitutes an integral component of, the overall Terms of Service and the Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy of the Lunasessions Service. All capitalized terms utilized herein shall derive their meaning from these aforementioned governing documents, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated in this Policy.-----ARTICLE II. CUSTOMIZED PRICING FRAMEWORK AND METHODOLOGY Section 2.01. Service-Based Pricing Methodology Sevencircle Innovations LLP implements a customized, tiered pricing methodology specifically tailored to the unique attributes and requirements of each discrete service provisioned through Lunasessions. The determination of the final price for any given Service shall be meticulously calculated based upon the objective assessment of the following three (3) critical factors: Effort Required: The complexity, depth, and estimated time investment necessary for the fulfillment and delivery of the specific Service. Efficiency Delivered: The measurable quality, speed, and efficacy achieved in the execution and delivery of the Service to the User. Output Value: The quantifiable results, intrinsic worth, and tangible benefits derived by the User from the consumption of the Service. Section 2.02. Commitment to Pricing Transparency The Company is firmly committed to absolute transactional transparency. Accordingly, all pertinent pricing details, including applicable fees, taxes, and associated charges, shall be fully and unequivocally provided to the User in advance of the initiation of service engagement or the affirmation of any booking, thereby guaranteeing informed consent prior to financial commitment.-----ARTICLE III. TRANSACTION PARAMETERS AND PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS Section 3.01. Established Transaction Range For transactions processed through the Android Application of Lunasessions, the financial consideration typically demanded from a User shall range from an amount not less than Rupees Ninety-Nine (₹99) up to a maximum amount of Rupees Fifty Thousand (₹50,000) per User per session, subject to the complexity of the service selected and the fulfillment of specific User requirements. Section 3.02. Fixed-Duration Services and Upfront Notification In instances where a Service is offered for a defined, fixed duration, such temporal limitations shall be clearly and explicitly documented within the corresponding service description. Usage periods may vary based on the inherent nature of the Service and the specific requirements of the User. Notification of these duration specifications shall be provided to the User prior to the final booking confirmation. Section 3.03. Timing of Payment The full and complete payment for any selected Service or feature is strictly required concurrently with the time of booking or selection of the Service. The Company affirms that no automatic recurring charges shall be levied upon the User, unless the Service explicitly constitutes a subscription-based offering for which recurring payment terms have been clearly and affirmatively stated and agreed upon by the User.-----ARTICLE IV. PRICE COMPARISON AND STABILITY COVENANTS Section 4.01. Competitive Pricing Commitment and Matching Policy Sevencircle Innovations LLP is dedicated to maintaining a competitive pricing posture within the relevant digital services market. The Company shall, subject to its sole discretion, consider matching the documented pricing of a competitor when the request fully satisfies the following mandatory eligibility criteria: Similarity of Service: The competitor’s offering must constitute an exact or substantially similar service to the Lunasessions Service being purchased. Feature Comparability: The competitor’s service must demonstrably provide the same requisite level of professionalism, quality, and comprehensive features. Provider Legitimacy: The competitor must be a legitimate, verifiable, and comparable service provider operating within the relevant sector. Verified Pricing: The competitor’s pricing must be current, available, and fully documented for verification by the Company. Section 4.02. Price Stability and Market Independence The Company’s pricing structure is established upon internal value metrics and shall remain stable and independent of external market volatility. Consequently, the stipulated prices for the Lunasessions Service shall not be subject to fluctuation based upon, including but not limited to: Variations in general market demand or trends. Changes in competitor pricing strategies or published rates. Unforeseen macroeconomic fluctuations or disturbances. General seasonal trends or cyclical demands. -----ARTICLE V. POST-PURCHASE ADJUSTMENTS AND ORDER MODIFICATION Section 5.01. Prohibition on Retroactive Price Adjustments The Company maintains a fixed pricing policy designed to ensure consistent and equitable treatment for all Users. Therefore, if the price of a Service purchased by the User is reduced or offered at a promotional rate within a period of one (1) week (seven calendar days) subsequent to the original booking date, the User shall have no entitlement to any sale price adjustment, retroactive discount, or partial refund related to the price difference. Section 5.02. Limited Rescheduling and Cancellation Requirement Once a service slot has been confirmed and booked, the booked slot is generally non-reschedulable to an alternative date or time. Any request by the User seeking to modify the scheduled time or date of the Service shall be treated as an implicit request for cancellation of the original booking or Order. The procedures and financial implications associated with such cancellation requests are fully governed by the Company’s comprehensive Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Policy.-----ARTICLE VI. PRICING ERROR MANAGEMENT AND RESOLUTION PROTOCOL Section 6.01. Commitment to Pricing Accuracy Sevencircle Innovations LLP employs rigorous quality assurance processes and internal controls to maintain the utmost accuracy in the display of pricing across all Service platforms. Section 6.02. Formal Error Resolution Protocol In the event that a verifiable error in the displayed pricing is detected, the following strict resolution protocol shall be immediately implemented: Scenario A: Higher Actual Price: If the correct, actual price for the Service is demonstrably higher than the price displayed to the User at the time of booking, the Order shall be subject to automatic and immediate cancellation. The User shall receive prompt notification regarding the cancellation and a clear, transparent explanation detailing the pricing discrepancy. Scenario B: Lower Actual Price: If the correct, actual price for the Service is demonstrably lower than the price displayed to the User at the time of booking, the Company shall honor the lower actual price. The User shall receive the benefit of the discrepancy, and no additional charges shall be applied beyond the originally quoted and charged amount. Section 6.03. Customer Protection Mandate The Company is bound by a mandate to ensure customer protection, guaranteeing that the User shall never be charged an amount exceeding the price explicitly displayed at the time of booking. All pricing issues shall be handled with immediate notification and fair, transparent resolution.-----ARTICLE VII. USER ACKNOWLEDGMENTS AND DUE DILIGENCE Section 7.01. User Best Practices and Acknowledgment The User accepts and acknowledges that the following best practices are requisite for mitigating transactional complications: Review of Pricing: The User must carefully verify all financial costs and charges prior to finalizing any booking confirmation. Service Confirmation: The User must ensure a clear understanding of the features, duration, and inclusions pertaining to the selected Service tier. Date Verification: The User must confirm that the selected date and time for the service align correctly with their personal schedule and requirements. Documentation Retention: The User shall retain all booking confirmations, payment receipts, and transactional documentation for reference purposes. Section 7.02. Policy Guarantee This Pricing Structure and Payment Terms Policy is designed to ensure fundamental fairness, complete transparency, and consistency for all Users engaging with the Lunasessions Service, while robustly maintaining Sevencircle Innovations LLP’s commitment to competitive, value-driven service delivery.
